CEO Ron Daniel remembers the early days of starting ARC Abatement. “I can remember finishing a job at 2:00 in the morning, when I had $1.83 in my pocket and celebrated with a Dr. Pepper and a Snickers bar,” he says. He has never forgotten those days of struggle, and recognizes that every hard worker deserves a little fun every once in a while.
Crediting our 550 employees with extraordinary success, we’ve created a company culture that celebrates the role of our staff in our success. With a low turnover rate and several generations of employees working at ARC, we realize the importance of fostering a company culture that makes every person feel respected and valued.
So what kind of culture has he created? A baseball team culture, literally. We’ve been known to set-up our corporate office in a Texas Ranger suite at the Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX. Crawfish boils, Christmas parties and other social events are common occurrences. Company anniversaries and birthdays are never forgotten.
Daniel celebrates the ARC staff as often as possible saying, “They’re great people, and they are why ARC is successful.”
