ARC’s Denver asbestos removal operations and our satellite office in Grand Junction are led by Dan Dunlap. Projects from those two offices span the entire state of Colorado, southern Wyoming, and western Nebraska. Dan has over 25 years of experience in the Environmental Industry and has worked at all levels, from estimating, to project management and branch management. Dan’s licenses and credentials include; Asbestos Project Designer, Project Manager, Safety (NIOSH 582) HAZWOPER, and he obtained his BS in SCIENCE Colorado University (CU).
Dan enjoys golf, skiing, snowmobile, travel, and jogging in his free time.
Asbestos projects overseen by our Denver team include the redevelopment of 101 Broadway in Denver, three apartment buildings for the City of Aurora Housing Authority, Colorado Plains Medical Center, the U.S. Army installation at Fort Carson, five apartment complexes for Boulder Housing Partners, abatement at the Southview Place Towers Apartments, the abatement of the RTD Civic Center project at Colfax & Broadway in downtown Denver, the complete abatement of Aims Community College – PSI Building, Denver Public Schools, Adams 12 Five Star Schools and University of Colorado – Boulder.
Lead abatement projects managed by our Denver office include the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD), and the largest Regulation No. 19 lead cleanup in Colorado’s history, which resulted from a downtown Denver apartment building explosion. With 12 licensed Reg. 19 technicians, the cleanup was completed in just more than two months.
