WACO, TX 3/08/2022 – We spent a week at the former Olmsted-Kirk Paper Company in downtown Waco, Texas. We removed asbestos-containing materials by hand using wet methods under negative pressure. The project consisted of abating, removing, and disposing of approximately 11,745 SF of different materials — firewall texture and joint compound, drywall texture and joint compound, vinyl floor covering and black mastic, several concrete steps in front, exterior caulk, and one sink with undercoating.
All materials were removed under the supervision of a licensed supervisor and consultant.
